• Technical support (optional): Yearly fee. 1st year is free, 20% of license fee for following years.
• Versions update (optional): Yearly fee. 1st year included, 10% of license fee for following years, 0% if technical support is purchased.
• Training (optional): Ask for a quotation (depends on type of training, location, duration)
• Installation/configuration (optional): Ask for a quotation (depends on type location, required configuration)
• Per message cost: None. (Only mobile networks will charge for messages)
• Access to myozeki.com customer portal: Free for license holders
