Service provider link failures

• Connection groups: If all service provider connections are upload balancing is performed, if one service provider link fails, the others take over.
• Backup routes: A backup route only takes over if primary service provider connection fails.

Hardware failures

• Failover cluster system: Two Ozeki SMS Gateways on two computers, and Ozeki Cluster Management software
• Data synchronization: Ozeki Cluster Management Software synchronizes configuration and data files
