How can I purchase the Ozeki SMS Gateway?
To activate your installed product, you need to purchase a license by following the steps in our How to buy page. Upon receiving your payment, we'll send your license code via email. You can use the received license code to activate your installed copy of the prodct.
Are there any hidden costs?
The software is a one-time purchase. No hidden costs are involved. You'll pay a single license fee upfront, and that's it! Note: This fee covers the software only. You'll need a separate agreement with an SMS service provider to send messages; Ozeki isn't involved in those charges.
Are there any monthly or yearly costs?
No there are no monthly or yearly costs payable to Ozeki. The only recurring cost you might want to prepare for, is that you might want to purchase an optional technical support service on a yearly basis. Note that you can still use the purchased software license even if you don't buy technical support. (You can expect monthly fees by your mobile network for your SIM card or IP SMS account. These depend on your aggreement with your local mobile network.)
Do I have to pay for SMS?
You don't pay any per sms cost to Ozeki. You can send and receive as many SMS you wish through your system. The only SMS fees you have to account for are the fees you pay for SMS messages to you mobile network operator. Make sure that you check SMS fees with your local mobile network when you connect your system to their service. They might charge you for each sms sent. It is best to purchase a SIM card or subscription from your mobile network that includes unlimited sms messages included in the plan.
Can I get a proforma invoice prior to the order?
Yes. To get a proforma invoice before your purchase, simply send us your billing and mailing information to info@ozeki-sms-gateway.com. This will allow you to see what is printed on the invoice. You will also see the total invoiced amount upfront. Once you complete your order, you'll receive the final invoice.
Will I get a final invoice?
Yes. We will send you an invoice in e-mail. On request we can send you a physical printed invoice by mail after you purchase the product. Simply email us your billing address that should printed on the invoice, and let us know your mailing address where we should send the letter to. If you need any specific details included on the invoice, let us know in the email and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.
